Fairview Landing is a modern Seattle floating homes dock with houseboats that also happen to be the architectural wonders of Lake Union.
This is a condo ownership dock with parking and Lake Union moorage. Views towards the Olympic Mountains, Queen Anne, and the Space Needle are wonderful . Lake Union views are ever changing and this is a nice dock to get a good perspective of it. It is a gated dock and offers all of the items on most wish lists.
